I am from the five mothers: Margaret Agnew, Mary Ann McLeavy Griffith, Marie Griffith Hannah, Mary Margaret Hannah Clark, Mary Elizabeth Clark Haynes

I am from passion and rejection

I am from sorrow and joy

I am from the rain and damp

I am from the creek and woods, blackberries and nettles

I am from the eagle and raven and black jaguar 

I am from love and forgiveness and gratitude
