Haiku practice: Yoga and Walking
I lie down and stretch
entering a timeless world
breathe out move extend
walking at the ponds
tortoise heron and eagle
earth water and air
I’ve lost my mooring
walked 3.5 miles just now
this is not enough
stretching opening
the heart cracks breaks and heals
lying on the floor
tighten and release
feel moving energy
strengthening the bones
walking in the rain
a moving meditation
muscles joints and bones
